A Walking Stick for the Journey

A Love Letter for the Sacred Traveler

Reading your messages, hearing your stories, sitting with you in Open Friday Coffee

it stirs something deep in me.

What you share is often beautiful, sometimes raw, and always true. And the act of sharing it? That’s an act of courage.

So let me offer something back:
Not advice.
Not correction.
Not even clarity.

Just… a walking stick.

Your Story is Sacred

A walking stick does:
Not to stop your journey.
Not to tell you how to walk it.
But to steadies you.
While you find your own sacred footing.

I’ve been where you are.
I’ve spoken my truth with trembling hands and a hopeful heart, only to be met with silence, misunderstanding, or worse

dismissal.

I’ve watched as something sacred was reduced to a headline.
I’ve regretted who I trusted with my story.

Not because my story wasn’t worth telling.
But because not every space is sacred enough to hold it.

A love letter to you, my fellow traveler

So let this post be a love letter to you.

To your sacred story.
To your right to share it when, how, and with whom you choose.

You don’t owe the world your entire heart in one breath.
You don’t have to explain your way into belonging.
You don’t need to prove your depth, your pain, your path.

You are already enough.
“Don’t cast your pearls before swine.”

Not because your pearls aren’t precious
but because they are.

Your story isn’t content.
It’s legacy.
And legacy deserves care.

So pace yourself.
Ground your feet.
Check the trail before you share.

And when you need something to lean on?
I’ll be here.

Not as your guru.
Not as your gatekeeper.
But as your walking stick.

Offered with love. Not caution.
With trust. Not instruction.

You’re not alone.
You’re just finding your stride.
And I believe in the direction you’re headed.

With love, light and levity,
