So, You Wanna Meet Your Shadow?
Well hey there, curious soul.
Glad you made it.
This isn’t your typical meditation with bells, chants, or mysterious floating monks.
Nope.
This is a playful nudge into one of the most important (and surprisingly friendly) parts of your inner world—what the brilliant Carl Jung called the Shadow.
Don’t worry, it’s not scary.
It’s just… you.
The bits you forgot about.
Or pushed aside.
Or maybe rolled your eyes at once or twice.
In this cozy 12-minute meditation, we take a little walk with those parts.
We shine a flashlight into the corners, and—spoiler alert—they’re not nearly as monstrous as they seemed. I
n fact, some of them are kind of adorable once you get to know them.
This is the first step into our newest adventure: Dancing with the Divine. Volume #5 in the Divine Series, where we spend the next 20 weeks journaling, laughing, and yes, occasionally getting real with ourselves… but always in good company. Yay!
So brew some tea (In my case it is always coffee), get comfy, and press play when you’re ready.
Let’s go meet your Shadow.
(I promise it won’t bite.)
Cheers from Colorado,
